“The stats, which were provided through Curbed Philly from Realtor.com, show that households in this zip code are expected to grow by 10 percent over the next five years. That’s 2.6 times faster than the rest of the country.”

According to the article posted by Realtor.com, “America’s Top Boom Towns are demonstrating some of the strongest growth in jobs, household formation, and housing starts across the country.

Every market on the list has experienced between one and five times the average job growth of the top 100 counties in the country.
